Jackson Tate is a results driven leader with successful experience managing both sales operations and personnel development in ways that improve team members’ lead generation skill sets and their overall career path. SMART goal-setting motivates Jackson in the workplace as he strives to enable the BirdDog team to be accountable in order to facilitate improved performance and morale. With nearly a decade of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, including consulting endeavors focused on business-to-business industries, he specializes in making sure BirdDog’s lead generation engine is aligned with target client profiles and opportunities for revenue growth. A graduate of Appalachian State University with degrees in marketing and sales and commercial recreation and tourism, Jackson’s competitive nature and appreciation of systems and organization is rooted in his love of basketball. He is an avid follower of the App State Mountaineers football team, and enjoys spending weekends with his wife and daughter.
