Prior to joining BirdDog, Sitak served as Sales & Marketing Vice President, North America for TAB Products Co. (AMEX: TBP), a $160 million information management company. During his tenure, he held other executive management positions, including President of TAB Canada. He was a leading executive during TAB’s rapid growth and expansion from filing systems products into document management services. Mr. Sitak is a graduate of McGill University.

Prior to joining the Company, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Highland Partners, a $60M division of the public company Hudson Highland Group. Prior to Highland Partners, Chris was Chief Financial Officer of Alper Ink Group, a $170M private equity funded company where Chris lead their acquisition activity, closing seven acquisitions in a four year time span. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and started his finance and accounting career with Deloitte Touche LLP in New York.

He is responsible for the Carrier Contract Optimization team of consultants and analysts. Prior to Lakota, Todd spent over 20 years with UPS in a steady progression of operations, sales and marketing roles. In his last UPS position, he was responsible for National Account pricing for two UPS regions. He has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toledo.

She brought with her a track record for operational excellence, cost management and process improvement achieved during her time as Director and Senior Manager at Connectivity Solutions, and Worldwide Multinational Program Manager at Cisco Systems, where she worked in International Customer Service. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.

His previous positions in Sales Management include ten years with Iron Mountain, the world's largest record management company, as well as First USA Partners, the affinity credit card marketing arm of First USA, now part of Bank of America. As one of the Company’s top sales achievers, his sales team secured the majority of the Company’s 1200-plus customers. Clark is a graduate of St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.

He is responsible for BirdDog’s information management strategy and application development. Prior to Lakota, Ron was a software developer at General Electric Capital Financial. He has a BS degree in Information Systems and Technology from Weber State University.

Prior to joining the company, Nieuwenhuizen held positions in customer management, sales, and marketing for a number of organizations in the US, Canada and Belgium. Most recently, Nieuwenhuizen was the Director of Marketing at AMR Research, where he spearheaded lead generation programs and built strategic alliances with various industry organizations and publications. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing and International Management from The Hague University in The Netherlands, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Syracuse University.

With over 30 years of Human Resources experience in Global Enterprises, he most recently comes from Compete Inc., an on line market research company where he was Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, he has a held several leadership positions in including Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Upromise in Newton, MA, Vice President of Human Resources of Thomson Dialog worldwide in Raleigh, NC as well as establishing Human Resources Functions for NewsEdge Corporation of Burlington, MA and for PictureTel Corporation of Andover, MA. Mr. Zink received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and a Masters of Education in Human Resources from Boston University.
