Joel L. Sitak
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of BirdDog Holdings, Mr. Sitak is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company.  Prior to joining BirdDog, Sitak served as Sales & Marketing Vice President, North America for TAB Products Co. (AMEX: TBP), a $160 million information management company. During his tenure, he held other executive management positions, including President of TAB Canada. He was a leading executive during TAB’s rapid growth and expansion from filing systems products into document management services. Mr. Sitak is a graduate of McGill University.
Mary Henry
Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO of BirdDog Holdings, Ms. Henry is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Prior to joining BirdDog, Mary held the position of CFO at several technology companies including Storwize (acquired into IBM) and Virtual Iron Software (acquired into Oracle). Most recently she worked for IBM focusing on acquisitions and partnership activities. Mary has a Bachelor of Science accounting degree from University of Illinois, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Michael Every
Vice President, Information Technology
Mr. Every joined BirdDog in June 2010 and manages the Information Technology department of the company. Prior to joining BirdDog Mr. Every held various information technology positions at Iron Mountain Incorporated, a S&P 500 and world’s largest record management company. While at Iron Mountain, his team was responsible for the design of the chain-of-custody program and mobile hardware used by Iron Mountain’s fleet drivers worldwide. Mr. Every is also a co-inventor of a patented search engine algorithm that processes web queries from Iron Mountain’s customers.
Ken Wacker
President
Mr. Wacker joined BirdDog Solutions as President in 2013.  Prior to joining BirdDog, Ken held the position of Vice President, Consulting & Software at Iron Mountain, a S&P 500 and world’s largest record management company.  While at Iron Mountain, Ken rose rapidly through the sales and general management ranks including managing Iron Mountain’s enterprise sales and national account programs.  In addition to his successful career at Iron Mountain, Mr. Wacker has worked with top performing organizations including Marriott Corporation, Plexent, Pitney Bowes, and USIS.
Todd Benge
Managing Partner, Professional Services
Mr. Benge joined BirdDog Solutions in July of 2006 through the acquisition of Lakota Solutions. He is responsible for the Carrier Contract Optimization team of consultants and analysts. Prior to Lakota, Todd spent over 20 years with UPS in a steady progression of operations, sales and marketing roles. In his last UPS position, he was responsible for National Account pricing for two UPS regions. He has an MBA from Shorter College and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
