David S. Wendell, Chairman of the Board - Mr. Wendell joined BirdDog Solutions in September 2000. Prior to BirdDog Solutions, he served as President and COO of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE:IRM) the world’s leading records management firm. During his more than 15 year tenure with Iron Mountain, the firm grew from $5 million in revenue to $.95 billion through organic growth and numerous acquisitions. Wendell is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Virginia law school.

Joel L. Sitak, President and Chief Executive Officer - As the President and CEO of BirdDog Solutions, Mr. Sitak is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. Prior to joining BirdDog, Sitak served as Sales & Marketing Vice President, North America for TAB Products Co. (AMEX: TBP), a $160 million information management company. During his tenure, he held other executive management positions, including President of TAB Canada. He was a leading executive during TAB’s rapid growth and expansion from filing systems products into document management services. Mr. Sitak is a graduate of McGill University.

John L. (Jack) Bunce, Member of the Board of Directors - Mr. Bunce is a Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman. Bunce's primary areas of focus are the media, communications and financial services industries. He led the firm’s investments in Western Wireless Corporation, VoiceStream Corporation, Arch Capital Group, and Eller Media Company, among others. He is a Director of Arch Capital Group Ltd., National Information Consortium, Inc. and Western Wireless Corporation. Formerly, Bunce was a Director of Duhamel Falcon Cable Mexico, Eller Media Company, Inc., Falcon Cable TV, Falcon International Communications, L.P., National Radio Partners, L.P., VoiceStream Wireless Corporation, and Young & Rubicam, Inc. Mr. Bunce also was an advisor to American Capital Corporation and to Post Oak Bank. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman in 1988, he was a Vice President with TA Associates. Mr. Bunce graduated from Stanford University and the Harvard Business School.

C. Richard Reese, Advisor to the Board of Directors - Mr. Reese is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE:IRM). Under his leadership, Iron Mountain has grown from $3 million to more than $2.0 billion in annualized revenue and has become the international leader in records management and information protection. Iron Mountain is widely recognized as one of the most successful business consolidations ever. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Reese lectured on entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School. He holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Ceramic Engineering from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
