Joel L. Sitak, Chief Executive Officer, BirdDog Holdings, LLC – As the CEO of BirdDog Solutions, Mr. Sitak is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. Prior to joining BirdDog, Sitak served as Sales & Marketing Vice President, North America for TAB Products Co. (AMEX: TBP), a $160 million information management company. During his tenure, he held other executive management positions, including President of TAB Canada. He was a leading executive during TAB’s rapid growth and expansion from filing systems products into document management services.
Mr. Sitak received a BA in Economics from McGill University.
John L. (Jack) Bunce, Member of the Board of Directors – Mr. Bunce is a Founder and Managing Director of Greyhawk and he serves as a Senior Advisor to Hellman & Friedman, LLC (“H&F”), a private equity firm based in San Francisco.
Prior to founding Greyhawk in 2006, Mr. Bunce was a Managing Director and member of the Investment and Executive Committees of H&F. Mr. Bunce began his work at H&F in 1988 and was responsible for investments with a cost of approximately $1.3 billion and a realized value in excess of $4.5 billion. Prior to joining H&F, Mr. Bunce worked for TA Associates, a Boston venture capital firm, from 1984 to 1988 and for Lehman Brothers from 1980 to 1982. He has been a director of numerous private and public companies and currently serves as a director of Arch Capital Group, Ltd., NIC, Inc., several Greyhawk portfolio companies, and The Community School in Sun Valley, ID. Mr.
Bunce holds an A.B. degree in International Relations from Stanford University (1980) and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School (1984).
William C. Hovey, Member of the Board of Directors – Mr. Hovey is a Founder and Managing Director of Greyhawk Capital Management.
Prior to founding Greyhawk in 2006, Mr. Hovey was an equity research analyst in the New York and London offices of Credit Suisse from 1995-2001. While at Credit Suisse, he covered major energy companies, and then IT Services companies, achieving a #1 ranking in the Reuters Portfolio Manager Survey and a #2 ranking in Institutional Investor. He started his career at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in the firm’s investment training program (1993-1995). On the industry side, Mr. Hovey has been the General Manager of Eye Safety Systems (2002-2003) and Direct Sales Manager at Smith Optics (2002). He currently serves as a director of several of Greyhawk’s portfolio companies: Active Business Network, IMSI/Design, BirdDog Holdings, Raffles Ventures, and Reinstein/Ross.
Mr. Hovey received a BA in American Civilization from Middlebury College in 1991.
