We offer employees and their eligible dependents, a wide range of benefits. These benefit programs help our employees and families stay healthy, meet their financial goals, develop their careers and balance the demands of work and personal life.

Medical Insurance Plan 
Medical insurance is provided through well-recognized and reputable carriers and varies by location. Additional information is available upon request.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
Offered through Optum Health Bank, you may set aside, on a tax-deferred basis, money for health related expenses that rolls over year after year.  Plan eligibility varies per location.

Dental Insurance Plan
Dental insurance is provided through a national carrier – MetLife. This is a traditional plan that provides 100% preventive services, 80% basic services and 50% major services. You can choose between a “low” plan ($750 max benefit per year) or “high” plan ($1500 max benefit per year).

Life Insurance and AD&D – Company Paid!
This plan is provided through Mutual of Omaha. The life/AD&D benefit is one times your annual earnings up to a maximum benefit of $300,000. Employee contributed plans are also available.

Disability Plans – Company Paid!

  • Short Term Disability: You are paid 66.67% to a weekly maximum through Mutual of Omaha in the event of an illness or injury that prevents you from working. There is a 14-day waiting period for benefit payment.
  • Long Term Disability: For extended illnesses, you are paid 60% of salary to a monthly maximum though Mutual of Omaha.

Flexible Spending Plan
Offered through PayFlex, you may set aside, on a tax-deferred basis, up to $5,000 for dependent care.

401(k) Savings Program
Retirement savings can be made easy through John Hancock in the 401(k) program on the first day of the month following hire date.

We encourage taking time each year to relax and recharge. You will earn vacation each pay period and receive up to two weeks in your first four years, up to three weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 15 years of service.

We provide ten (10) company paid holidays per year.

Sick Time
We provide 6 days per year. As an additional way to support work life balance, we provide the flexibility to use these days for personal and/or sick time.

Vision Plan
Vision insurance is available through EyeMed to supplement vision coverage offered through our medical insurance carriers.

Employee Assistance
New Directions provides our EAP and is fully paid by the company for counseling and consulting
in areas such as family, dependent care, legal and financial issues.
